The hotel had a convenient location, close to everything you need, making it easy for me to find a good breakfast spot nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and even went the extra mile by offering a free ride to the airport when taxis were on strike. However, there was a disappointing moment when one staff member was dismissive about an issue. Overall, the hotel provided a great experience in terms of service and location.
